The beloved teether blankie combines the sensory qualities of hard and soft. Young graspers enjoy holding the wooden ring and smooshing the soft gauze blankie in their hands. When baby begins teething, the wooden ring provides a soothing, hard-but-not-too-hard, natural surface for biting. As your child grows, the small square unties from the wooden ring to become a cloth napkin or favorite little lovie.

The teething ring is made in the U.S. specifically for us from maple wood grown and milled in the U.S. We rub it with a mixture of 100% organic jojoba oil and 100% organic beeswax harvested in the U.S. (Simply untie the blankie from wooden ring for washing.)

+ Untie gauze square from maple ring and machine wash fabric on cold, delicate cycle. Tumble dry low. Wipe wooden ring with soap and damp cloth.

(Do not leave baby unattended with a teether or blanket. Do not place teething ring in the dishwasher.)

*The puckering of gauze is achieved with washing and drying. Launder your gauze item in a cold, delicate cycle and tumble dry low. Voilà, you have puckered gauze! The weave of the fabric will appear flat prior to washing, will pucker up with laundering, and may continue to pucker up more with the next wash and dry--achieving the appearance you see in our product photos.
