SALE EXCLUSIONS: Toys only. No Maileg nor wooden wagon goods nor Grimms and certain brands, No combined discount codes including store credits, No promo. $5 flat rate discounted shipping, No returns/exchanges all sales are final no exceptions, Code only applies to toys, pram suitcases are excluded, we refuse the right to decline discounts and usage under certain conditions, discount codes cannot be applied to past orders. We may include a flat rate for sales.

 

Konges 40% cannot be applied promo ship or La pick up only shipping allowed. Pdx pick up is allowed.  All final sale! We will cancel orders that do not meet the requirements of paid shipping costs. CANCELLATIONS WILL BE OFFERED STORE CREDIT!

 Tax free shopping since we are located in portland Oregon statewide besides California. We allow tax free shopping to occur for California residents if you choose pick up in LA only. Unfortunately tax will be charged for shipping orders to your residence located in California.

WAREHOUSE IS CLOSED FROM DEC 28-31 2021 AS OUR COMPANY IS MOVING TO PORTLAND, OREGON. ALL ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN THOSE DATES WILL SHIP JAN 2022. NO RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT FROM DEC 15 UNTIL THE NEW YEAR, WE WILL EXTEND THE DATES.

LAUNCH POLICY: Any high demand launch items such as clothing brand launches (Apolina and Misha and puff included) will be charged a 30% restocking fee for cancellations. Cancellations will be for store credit only for any APOLINA AND MISHA AND PUFF!  We do not allow purchases to be made to multiple shops in order to reserve a size on particular sizes. Please carefully make your purchases and choices during launch. 

* SALE Exclusions: Nic, Ostheimer, Maileg, Erzi, Grapat, Wobbel, Candylab, Foxrider Accessories, Beauty, Decor, Clothing. Any discount codes provided can not be used in combination with a store credit or an exchanged item cannot be discounted. Discounts and promo sales only apply to brand new orders. 

Ostheimer Toy Launches and Restocks are ineligible for Order Cancellations, a restock fee of 15% applies to any Ostheimer order cancellations and they will be for store credit.

No refunds are allowed on any order cancellations, they will be for store credit.

We accept returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY. INTERNATIONAL orders are final sale at the moment. All returns for store credit must be unopened, unused, and unwashed items within 10 days of receipt of items. Items must be in original packaging with tags still attached. Items can be returned by mail for ONLINE ORDERS ONLY. All Pick ups and store purchases need to be brought to us by store or warehouse. Please note we do not provide return labels.

Please note that all sale or discounted items/promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned nor exchanged. Pacifiers, Plates, Dishes, Cups. Sunglasses, Bonnets, Hats, Beauty Products, Socks, Shoes, Swim items and Bags are all FINAL SALE

Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

To make a return for store credit (ONLINE ORDERS ONLY), please send the item you wish to return in a securely sealed package. Returns or exchanges should be sent pre-paid. We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost or stolen. Online orders may not be exchanged in stores, note inventory is different.

We are not responsible for shipments that are lost or stolen, this is up to the client/customer to file a claim with USPS or UPS. Once an item/items have been delivered it is the sole responsibility of the customer. Items lost within transit, will need to file a claim with USPS or UPS. All US order/packages are fully insured, you will be able to receive a full refund via the insurance check provided with USPS or UPS. International orders may vary with insurance policies. 

Once Shop Merci Milo has received your return for store credit for ONLINE ORDERS, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.  We need the item whether it is damaged or not to be returned back to us in order to issue any return or store credits. 

PRE-ORDER POLICY: NO CANCELLATIONS, NO EXCEPTIONS. If cancelled, a store credit will be applied and given.

Delays can happen during a pre-order due to covid delays or carrier delays. This is out of our control with pre-orders unfortunately. When you pre-order you are committing to the purchase as a made to order so unfortunately we are unable to accommodate any refunds or store credits or cancellations due to high demands in pre-order launches.

We are NOT responsible for packages that are not picked up from the postal office/UPS or redeliveries. Please schedule this on your own terms. If a package is returned back to us due to misinformation on shipping address or non attempt for delivery or pick up with will not be responsible for re-shipment fees/postage. There will be a restocking fee of 15% that will be applied. Any packages left unattended and not delivered back to us at customers own expense will be customers responsibility until this package if fully returned back to us. If a package is lost due to returned package via usps or any postal carrier it will not be our responsibility. 

GIFT WRAPPING POLICY

We offer complimentary gift wrapping at our discretion, please be patient, please be kind and grateful. During busy seasons, this service may not be available. Special Gift Wrapping Service is available at an additional cost.

Shipping Info:
US DOMESTIC ORDERS: 
$5 shipping on all orders over $75 is USPS or UPS only applies to USA mainland not Hawaii. You will receive an invoice if you choose this option shipping to Hawaii.  Over certain number of pounds (15) of weight- we will ship UPS ground and does not qualify for $5 flat rate.
via USPS Priority Mail (1-5 day transit time- that does not include time to process your order)
UPS GROUND shipments are estimated at 5-7 business days. UPS does not deliver on a weekend, please allow next business day. Please note we cannot guarantee delivery dates unless you choose an overnight delivery option which is available through UPS.
Please allow up to 4-7 business days to ship your items. We strive to ship as soon as we receive all orders. We send out order confirmations along with shipment confirmations and tracking numbers as soon as your package ships out. Priority mail can take up to 2-5 business days after your item has been received with USPS, some cases can be 1 day delivery if within California but this is NOT guaranteed. Our cut - off time for shipments to be processed same day is 3PM PST. if an order is placed after 3PM it will be processed the following day.
Weekend orders will be shipped the next following business day. On some occasions we ship First class packages due to limit of weight. This may take up to 10 days for your package to arrive. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 
We suggest to upgrade and pay additional for expedited service!
We ship via USPS first class international rate. Please allow 10-20 days (can take up to 3 months)  for your shipment to arrive. Depending on some countries, it may take even up to 25-30 days ( up to 3 months as well) dependent upon customs regulations per each country. We are not responsible for packages held at customs, this will need to be the customers responsibility to reach out to customs to acquire the package. (promotional shipping rates may vary)
We also have the option for UPS International Ground Shipping. This will vary with weight. It can take from 5-10 business days for your shipment to arrive depending on customs.
We also have the option for DHL International Shipping. This will vary with weight. It can take from 3-8 business days for your shipment to arrive depending on customs.

Any extra additional custom or taxes from different countries may be applied and we are not responsible for these extra taxes due.

Weight based rates for USPS ONLY:

0- 3 lbs- $20.00

3.1-6 lbs - $30.00

6.1-8 lbs- $40.00

8.1lbs- 20- $50.00

Anything over 20 lbs will be special rates, please email us for more details at hello@shopmercimilo.com

Payment Info: We accept all payment forms via our website.  

Rejected customs non picked up packages will be NOT refunded, it will be claimed as lost. It is not a responsibility for any custom fees etc. Any shipment return fees will be on the customer. 

 

LOCAL PICK UP POLICY

Please note pick up will now be at the highland park shop at 6017 echo street or Portland Broadway store. Please allow 2-4 business days for your online order to be ready and we will email you that it is ready for pick up.

 

HOTEL DELIVERY SHIPPING POLICY

We do not offer hotel delivery unless is it express guaranteed delivery- please reach out to us before placing the order so that we can discuss time frame as well as shipping costs. Any orders that arrive after you have left your hotel or Airbnb, you are responsible for ensuring any packages get returned back to us but we will charge a 15% restocking fee as well as the original shipping cost not the promotional shipping cost.

 

HOLIDAY DEADLINES AND SHIPPING: 

Domestic Orders: We will no longer be guaranteeing any holiday dates. Please place all orders by Dec. 15th midnight, this is only a suggestion and we cannot GUARANTEE any dates for the holidays due to
Covid-19.  (We follow USPS and UPS Guidelines for holiday shipments, this year is a bit different due to the delays with Covid-19, please plan accordingly as we need at least 48-72 hours to ship your orders once it is placed during holiday season)

International Orders: Please place all orders by Dec. 1st midnight as suggested, this is not a guarantee. (We ship first class international- we cannot guarantee if customs has your package)

PROMO SALES:

Promotional 10% welcome discount codes only work for our toys but limited to certain brands such as Maileg. Will not work for pre-orders, Maileg, home decor, clothing nor accessories.

Promotional discount codes do not work for brands such as Maileg due to MAP policy and agreements.

Please note we have promotional sales on some occasions. Those sale terms may vary and differ per each day of sale. Please note- we do not apply promo codes or discounts to past orders.
